NAPERVILLE, Ill – Tekno Telecom, a leader in SS7, Diameter, GSM, SIP, Sigtran, DNS, IMS, 4G and 5G network monitoring and service assurance, is proud to announce the addition of two staff members: Brad Gosnell, Director of US Sales and Jim Sungaila, Marketing/Sales Support Administrator.
Brad joins Tekno Telecom with more than 30 years of creating and delivering high quality technical systems and solutions to the telecommunications industry. From his start as a network technical expert at Sprint, Brad has always focused on increasing performance for any given system and improving its role as a part of a homogeneous network solution. With his extensive background, education, knowledge and expertise in how protocol interactions impact each system and the efficiency of an entire network, Brad has spent the majority of his career at Tekelec/Oracle and NETSCOUT seeking out the best network analysis tools in the industry and working to improve how they are used by Network Operators and other technical experts.
Jim comes to Tekno Telecom after spending 11 years at Panduit Corp. In his last position, Jim was Theater Campaign Manager – North America for the Enterprise Solution and was responsible for driving brand awareness, thought leadership and lead generation. Prior to that, he was Integrated Marketing Communications Manager – Enterprise Solution. Jim’s experience also includes 15 years at Andrew Corporation where, in his last position, served as Corporate Marketing Account Services Manager.
